Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the current investigative release.
